How do I register to use the Dedicated Service Online Solution?

To register for the Dedicated Service Online Solution, you need to submit a User Agreement to your Dedicated Service Worker. If you need a copy of the form, please speak with your Worker. Once you have returned the completed form to your Worker, you will receive an email within 24 - 48 hours with instructions on how to register for the website and a unique registration code.

I have not received a registration email and the form was uploaded more than 24 hours ago. What do I do?

Please check your spam and junk folders for the registration email. If it is still not showing, please speak with your Dedicated Service Worker or contact us at DedicatedServiceEnquiries@rbkc.gov.uk  / 0207 938 8629.

My unique registration code in the email is not working. What do I do?
