If you have any issues with the Online Solution or accessing your Personal Budgets, then please call the Dedicated Service on 020 7938 8629 or email DedicatedServiceEnquiries@rbkc.gov.uk

Can I transfer the funds from my Prepaid Card into my bank account?

Yes. You can log on to your Prepaid Financial Service account here and transfer the funds directly into your bank account. Alternatively, you can call them on 020 7127 0405 and they can transfer the funds over the phone for you.
